Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate clients' eligibility for different visa options through thorough assessments.
  • Prepare, submit, and oversee visa applications on behalf of clients.
  • Represent clients in intricate immigration cases, including appeals and tribunal hearings.
  • Keep abreast of updates in Australian immigration laws and regulatory frameworks.
  • Offer precise and accessible legal guidance to clients throughout their migration journey.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional service.
  • Guide and support junior migration professionals by providing mentorship and training.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 5-8 years of experience as a migration lawyer in Australia.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Australian immigration laws, policies, and administrative processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex legal matters for clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage complex immigration cases effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in handling visa applications and appeals with favorable outcomes.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Dedication to continuous learning and staying informed about changes in the immigration sector.
