About the Opportunity

As the face of our bank you will ensure the effective delivery of exceptional customer service in line with the bank's core values to achieve the required customer service outcomes. Reporting to the NSW Branch Network Supervisor, key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service to our valued customers by assisting them with their inquiries
  • Assisting customers with their everyday banking needs
  • Building genuine and lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations
  • Manage and ensure that your cash positions are balanced at the end of the day (EOD)
  • Complete administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as delegated

About You

We are seeking a passionate self-starter who has a genuine drive to learn quickly with the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in a customer service position with cash handling experience
  • A genuine passion for customer service and building long-term relationships
  • High level computer skills including Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
