Customer Service and Administrator

**Job Summary**
**Key responsibilities**:
- Carry out stock control and administration procedures.
- providing sales and technical support to the workshop and retail customers to develop and maintain customer relationships and to always work towards further Business Development.
- Telephone and front counter sales.
- Ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
- Identify, quote, order and provide parts to the customers.
- Identify automotive parts/components using consulting catalogues or computer databases such as Oscar.
- Assisting with deliveries if required.
- Basic Computer skills.
**About You**:
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts, Preferably Brakes Clutches & Tyres.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good work ethic.
- A professional manner.
- The ability to work well and unsupervised within a team environment.
- Basic admin/marketing skills.
- Basic Computer operating skills including MS Office.
