**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Based at our office/warehouse in Marrickville, the full-time Customer Service & Logistics Assistant will report to our Global Operations Manager who has over 15 years’ experience in the Australian fashion industry.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and about doing things well. You will be excited by the opportunity to work for a sustainable and ethical Australian fashion brand. You will be supported by, and learn directly from, our very experienced team members.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

- Providing exceptional and effective customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and advocacy
- Issuing of Return Authorisations/credit notes, along with processing returns & exchanges in a timely manner
- Ensuring BONDI BORN’s eCommerce logistics runs efficiently and effectively
- Ensuring Wholesale/Retailer logistics runs efficiently and effectively
- Processing orders
- Organising outgoing and preparing incoming shipments
- Overseeing customer orders from placing initial orders to final delivery from warehouse to customer
- Working collaboratively with Head of Operations and Production team
- Ensuring all eCommerce and Wholesale orders are allocated, picked & packed accurately, and shipped on time
- Accurately allocate, pick and pack stock for both eCommerce and Wholesale customers
- Thoroughly inspect all garments prior to packing, to ensure only garments in perfect condition are dispatched
- Inbound stock checking, including assisting the Production department with QC
- Assisting in developing spreadsheets for bulk imports/exports and uploading products to the ERP, Shopify and Dropship partner sites
- Inventory coordination and reporting
- Managing stock levels including receipting goods into our ERP system, counting, allocating and restocking inventory in warehouse
- Perform stocktake and cycle counting accurately and efficiently
- Labelling inbound stock when required
- Responsible for the physical movement of stock
- Manage the flow of inventory in & out of the warehouse in an efficient, accurate and timely manner
- Assisting with the management of PR and photo-shoot samples
- Organise and liaise with couriers where required, including booking couriers for domestic and international shipments, and arranging related administration with regards to exporting, duty, taxes etc
- Ensure the work area is clean and tidy at all times
- Executing daily administrative tasks where required
- Any other relevant duties and tasks as required

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Highly organised, motivated and an interest in fashion
- Works well under pressure, with a strong work ethic
- A positive attitude and the ability to cooperate and work well with others
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrates initiative, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to think outside the box to find the right solution for complex customer queries
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- An ability to work efficiently with mínimal supervision
- Flexibility in working environment
- Ability to lift and carry boxes
- Ideally comes from a customer service/logist
