Travel Designer – Bespoke Luxury Travel (Brisbane-based)

Angelino Business Solutions, on behalf of its main client Deluxe France, is looking for a Travel Designer to help craft one-of-a-kind travel experiences in France for a discerning international clientele. If you're passionate about creating meaningful journeys and thrive in a detail-driven, client-focused environment, this is your chance to be part of something inspiring.


About the Role

As a Travel Designer, you'll be at the heart of our tailor-made service. From itinerary design to booking and partner coordination, you'll help turn dreams into detailed, seamless travel experiences. You'll work closely with our partners in France and our team here in Brisbane to ensure every client feels guided, supported, and excited about their journey.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reservations and respond to specific client requests
  • Assist in planning and organising custom itineraries
  • Coordinate with local partners and service providers in France
  • Offer expert recommendations on destinations, activities, and accommodations
  • Design and present unique, personalised travel proposals
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions

About You
  • Need to be in Brisbane, not far from Bayside, where the office is located
  • Permanent Australian residency
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus but not essential)
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of hospitality
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and committed to quality
  • Confident using digital tools and travel-related software (Travefy knowledge is a plus)
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal

What We Offer
