Exhibition Site Supervisor

The team at Outstanding Displays work alongside leading Australian and international companies in the design and construction of custom, modular, portable exhibits and event spaces. What does this actually mean? Put simply, we design and build exciting, engaging displays all over the country.

We’re growingquickly, and are looking for an Exhibition Site Supervisor to join our team. We have large and exciting projects coming up over the next few months all over the country, and need someone to take charge of our worksites and deliver amazing results for our clients.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Preparing, pre-building & packing the display components in our Wynnum warehouse.
- Installation and dismantle of displays onsite both in SE Qld and around the country.
- Working as part of a team, including the ability to lead small teams of external contractors.
- Undertaking stock maintenance and contributing the improvement of our business.
- Manual handling of display materials, furniture, AV, lighting & electrical equipment, including awareness of correct loading / unloading techniques.

**To be successful you must meet the following criteria**:

- Outstanding communication and client presentation skills.
- Experience using basic power & hand tools
- Basic exhibition building & construction principles
- Strong commitment to following Workplace Health and Safety policies.
- Experience in the exhibition & events industry is preferred, but not essential
- Must be physically fit for manual work
- Demonstrate an ongoing commitment to learning and training
- Be able to work outside of standard 9 -5 workday and able to travel regularly interstate for work
- Hold a current Qld Open manual driver’s license
- Forklift ticket preferred
- Be an Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident
