**About Blue Tongue Adventure**

**Role Overview**

We are excited to announce an opening for a Digital Art Facilitator to lead an inspiring program aimed at young adults living with disabilities. This role is a fantastic opportunity for creative professionals who are passionate about digital media and eager to make a difference in the lives of others.

If you have experience in areas such as digital illustration, graphic design, or animation, and love fostering creative expression in others, we want to hear from you In this role, you'll help young adults explore the exciting world of digital art, using cutting-edge software and techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Designing and leading specialised digital art programs aimed at inspiring and empowering young adults living with disabilities.
- Overseeing the delivery of the digital art programs to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and engagement.
- Completing all required reporting within the program to the NDIS.
- Foster a positive work ethic and promote teamwork among participants.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Formal Qualification in relevant field.
- Previous experience working with individuals living with disabilities, preferably in a program facilitation or support role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish meaningful connections with program participants.
- Creativity and innovation in program design, with a focus on engaging and empowering young people.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.

**Schedule**:

- This position includes travel to our Toowoomba space, with a vehicle provided.
- Available in permanent part-time or full-time capacity.

**Salary**: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour
