**Sound interesting? Here’s what we are looking for;**
- Demonstrated experience in evidence-based learning design practices
- Experience designing for varied audiences and learning contexts, with a focus on impact and inclusivity.
- Confidence with digital tools and platforms (such as Articulate 360, Vyond and Premiere Pro) - bonus points if you’ve experiments with AI, XR or other emerging technologies
- Stakeholder management experience, including the ability to identify and engage with both internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Project management experience, with the ability to plan and manage time and ensure that key outcomes are delivered as agreed
