You'll Need:

  • 2+ years experience
    in medical reception (GP or specialist clinics)
  • Strong command of major practice software (Best Practice, MedicalDirector, Zedmed, Genie, etc.)
  • Confident with front desk, billing, phones, Medicare, patient triage
  • Ability to hit the ground running — especially in new clinical settings
  • Professional, reliable, and calm under pressure
