Role Purpose
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for Medimap by generating qualified sales opportunities for the Business Development Managers (BDMs). You will be responsible for proactive lead generation, prospecting, and qualification across key customer segments in Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with the Head of Sales, BDM team, and Marketing, you will build targeted prospect lists, execute outreach sequences, and maintain exemplary CRM hygiene to ensure data accuracy and reliable forecasting. This is a hands-on, high-activity sales role based in our Sydney office, where your work directly contributes to pipeline creation and commercial outcomes.
Location: Flexible working arrangements are available from our Support Office in Surry Hills, NSW 2010 The location offers paid parking, is close to public transport, and is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and cafes.

- CRM proficiency – Skilled at using CRM tools for pipeline tracking, task management and data accuracy.
- Analytical thinking – Able to interpret prospect data and engagement patterns to adjust strategy.
- Collaboration – Works well with cross-functional partners and contributes positively to team culture.
- Resilience – Able to handle rejection, maintain momentum and stay outcomes-focused.

- Collaboration – Positive feedback from BDMs, Marketing and Product teams.
- Continuous improvement – Evidence of refined outreach sequences, improved messaging and optimised working practices.
- Compliance – Adherence to all Medem Group policies, processes, and legal obligations across ANZ.
