The Business

A long-standing international food and beverage company boasting high quality produce.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Legal for Australia, you would work closely with various business units and functions across ANZ on a broad range of local matters ranging from commercial contracts to employment law, and you would also have the opportunity to work with the wider region on projects driven by the business overseas.

Key Responsibilities

Role encompasses working with the Head of Legal to manage a billion-dollar asset portfolio. You will be involved in assisting on new product development, and work across a broad range of corporate commercial matters; drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements related to employment law, procurement, data privacy, ESG, and real estate matters. You will also be involved in overseeing the management of disputes, and legal operations, as well as streamlining processes, and driving automation.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be either a Legal Counsel (3-6 years PAE), or a more senior lawyer, seeking a four day per week opportunity. You will have solid corporate and commercial experience. Experience with FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer products is desirable but not essential.
