With long-standing relationships with high-profile clients and a healthy pipeline extending well into 2026, they are now seeking a detail-oriented and organised Bid Coordinator to join their Sydney team.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Bid Coordinator, you will report directly to the Bid Manager/Commercial Manager and Operations Manager. You will collaborate with the Bid, Estimating and Construction teams to create compliant submissions, proposals, tenders, and Expressions of Interest (EOIs). Your role will be key in ensuring the bid process runs smoothly—delivering high-quality, well-presented documentation tailored to meet client requirements. Your role will be critical in supporting the overall bid strategy and ensuring the timely delivery of quality documentation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Tertiary qualification in a building or marketing-related discipline is preferable
- Recent experience in a Bid Coordinator or Submissions role (ideally in the construction industry)
- Strong track record of stability with previous employers
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Experienced using InDesign and MS Suites
