Who you are

You are a proactive, commercially savvy relationship-builder who thrives on driving customer loyalty and business growth. With strong negotiation skills and a consultative approach, you know how to balance protecting revenue with creating win–win outcomes for customers. You're motivated by solving problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customers get maximum value from their Humanforce partnership. 

What you will do
  • Own and manage the full end-to-end renewal cycle for enterprise customer accounts. 
  • Prepare and deliver renewal proposals, ensuring timely execution and strong contract outcomes. 
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to align renewal strategies with account health and growth opportunities. 
  • Engage directly with customers to reinforce value, address concerns, and secure long-term commitment. 
  • Identify churn risks early, implement proactive retention strategies, and collaborate internally to resolve issues. 
  • Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities during renewal conversations, partnering with Sales to close them. 
  • Maintain accurate data and forecasts in CRM systems, reporting on renewal performance and retention trends. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of renewal processes and customer lifecycle best practices. 
 What you'll need
  • Proven experience managing subscription renewals or account retention in a SaaS or enterprise software environment. 
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate contracts with confidence. 
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior customer stakeholders. 
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach to working with internal teams. 
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a track record of meeting deadlines. 
  • Direct experience using AI tools in your day-to-day work, or a strong openness and eagerness to learn how to apply them to enhance outcomes. 
Some 'nice to have'
  • Experience in upselling, cross-selling, or supporting account growth in addition to renewals. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems. 
  • Exposure to SaaS enterprise solutions in HCM, WFM, HR, or Payroll.
