Promotional & Design Lead (Hospitality)

We're seeking an experienced Promotional & Design Lead to drive branding, graphic design, and marketing for our multi-level venue: a ground-floor restaurant & bar, a mid-floor nightclub, and a rooftop bar. This is a pivotal role responsible for building a cohesive brand and growing attendance across all spaces.

Role Overview

You will create eye-catching visual content, run promotional campaigns, and manage our website to ensure it reflects current offerings and events. From menus and event materials to digital campaigns and social media, you'll shape how the venue is seen and experienced.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns for in-house events, seasonal offers, and new initiatives.
  • Partner with venue management to plan marketing calendars and timelines.
  • Design visual assets for digital and print: posters, menus, flyers, social graphics, and signage.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints.
  • Oversee and regularly update website content (menus, events, promotions, blog/news).
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to customer messages and comments to foster engagement.
  • Plan and run paid social/digital campaigns; manage budgets and optimise performance.
  • Capture and share live content during key events to boost visibility.
  • Lead and coordinate nightclub promotions (themed nights, special events, partnerships) to grow attendance, new club opening in a months time.
  • Design, maintain, and continuously optimise the venue's website, ensuring accurate menus and event listings, intuitive UX, fast performance, and up-to-date SEO.
  • Maintain unique brand awareness for each level of the space (Ground floor restaurant bar, Middle floor nightclub, Rooftop bar/balcony.)

About You

  • Strong graphic design skills and a proven promotions/marketing background (hospitality/nightlife preferred).
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • Skilled across social media management, community engagement, and basic analytics.
  • Excellent project management, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication.
