**THE ROLE**
As a Paralegal, you will provide high level support to a partner and senior fee earners in the IP team with a focus on Trademarks.

Your duties will include (but not limited to):

- Managing Trade Promotions Portal
- Drafting and preparing correspondence, documents, T&Cs
- Database and file management
- Liaising with clients and external stakeholders
- Providing advice on Trade Promotions rules and associated codes

**ABOUT YOU**
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have
**solid Trade Promotions or IP experience** working in a law firm as well as:

- Demonstrable legal support skills including typing and document creation
- High level of attention to detail and an ability to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using trade promotions/IP database and legal practice management software
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, a 'can do' attitude and the ability to use your own initiative
