Whether you're implementing marketing campaigns or partnering with other teams on content, we’re looking for an innovative Marketer to lead the delivery of optimal and high quality campaigns across all of our business and channels.

**In this role you'll be responsible for**:

- Coaching and mentoring a team of Marketing Promotional Coordinators Creating and managing promotional content for the Kogan, Dick Smith and Matt Blatt brands
- Liaising with the broader Marketing and Purchasing teams, and external partners, to create effective campaign content
- Supporting the delivery of our promotional calendar with our Marketing Promotional Planner ensuring that all campaigns are in line with brand guidelines, with accurate content and high quality, industry best practice output
- Creating, proofreading and implementing campaigns, website content and marketing material
- Manage and maintain the working relationship with internal purchasing and marketplace teams to ensure promotional activities are curated and executed on time and to a high standard.

**To be successful in this role, you should be**:

- University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications or similar)
- Experienced within Marketing Communications and Promotions, preferably in a Retail, FMCG or eCommerce environment
- An inspirational leader, with the proven ability to coach, mentor and develop a team to achieve professional excellence and business outcomes
- Have a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships, through exceptional communication and engagement
- Able to manage multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Being agile and adaptable is key to success
- Inquisitive and ready to be challenged - we're not afraid of putting in hard work to deliver a superior product
- Work with an incredible team to solve important challenges, helping to drive Australia and New Zealand’s eCommerce future
