**Let's talk about you.**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Promotions and Merchandise Administrator to manage and execute our promotional strategies and merchandise initiatives. Reporting to the National Promotions Manager, this role is vital in enhancing our brand presence through accurate reporting and project support via your effective administration ability.

- Be the admin and planning support for the National Promotions Manager including managing project tracker and all promotions deadlines for merchandise team.
- Execution of promotions; including the creation and maintenance of master spreadsheets, price and stock check and post promotional stock tracking with full responsibility for version control.
- Create and maintain promotions reports including EDM and Catalogue campaigns, Price & Stock reports and competitor logs
- Maintain the Collated Buys Master spreadsheet and check all information is correct and follow up with team to ensure information is accurate
- Managing and scheduling in promotions deadlines - liaise with internal stakeholders to set and maintain deadlines in accordance with our promotional critical pathway.
- Briefing the merchandise team on upcoming promotions and ensuring they have all required information
- Be the conduit between the Merchandise and Marketing teams by ‘connecting the dots’: bring information and ideas together from multiple sources and stakeholders
- Review and annotate campaign assets to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Oversee weekly communications sent to stores via SharePoint
- Complete reporting
- Assist with general overarching department duties including maintaining the department contact list, birthday register and organisation of team events and functions.
- Presentation of weekly statistics in the weekly Merchandise team meeting
- Note taking on required action points throughout campaign hero meetings
- Allocating Jira Jobs for Merchandise team daily
- Invoicing Reconciliation
**Skills**:
- Established diligent, experienced and well-organised individual with an eye for detail who can prioritise and manage deadlines
- Strong Excel skills are essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who can take initiative, get the job done and ask for help when needed.
- Problem solving; ability to default back to the objective at hand and alter the course as required
- Flexibility & team first attitude; ability to think quickly adapt and work well under stress in a fast-paced, dynamic market environment
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision or as part of a wider team
- Excellent Time Management Skills and ability to prioritise work
- Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong Organisational Skills with the ability to multi-task
