An admin, sales or event management background not required, but would be an bonus.

This position would include mostly promo work, and some front-of-house & medical admin in both the clinics.

The role would commence with comprehensive onsite training for 2-4 weeks alongside an experienced team member.

Shifts would consist of 4-6 hours, approximately 10-15 hours per week, including Friday afternoons, and some Saturday & Sundays.

*Note this role would include most weekends.

General duties include but not limited to:

  • Provide superior customer service to clients.
  • Attend regular weekly training.
  • Attending events, and running a booth.
  • Engaging with the public, conducting spinal screenings.
  • Booking sales, taking payments.
  • Front of house duties in clinics.
  • Answering phones and greeting clients.
  • Re-book appointments and pre-book schedules as recommended by the practitioner.
  • Observe all workplace health & safety.
  • Assisting the practitioner with any administrative or logistical needs.
  • Processing referrals.
  • Cover other staff shifts if required
  • Completing daily shift stats reports

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $24.95 – $35.41 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
