We are seeking an experienced **Receptionist / Customer Service Superstar** seeking part-time/casual work within a unique Practice in Mornington.
- **Mornington Peninsula Massage Therapy**_ is a unique business that offers clinical services within a day spa setting to achieve maximum results to both the body and mind.

We help people live the lives they want without the burden of pain, and we need a reliable and dedicated **Receptionist / Customer Service Superstar** to join our close knit, strong (and growing) team.

**Here's what we are looking for**:

- Availability 2-3 days a week. (Mondays are essential)
- Warm, caring, friendly persona
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Extreamly organised with the ability to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks at once
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy.
- Ability to complete tasks within designated timeframe and prioritise accordingly
- Highly self -motivated, ability to work unsupervised and use initiative
- Willingness to learn and can-do attitude

**The role involves/includes**:

- Answering phones
- Managing appointment Calendar
- Greeting clients
- Processing payments and rebooking’s
- Laundering
- Cleaning
- Filing, data entry and general administration.
- Many small ad hock duties.
- Assisting therapists where needed
- Opening and closing of clinic
- Stocktake, reporting and ordering of supplies
- **This position requires someone that wants to sink their teeth in for the long run. We need someone dedicated & passionate. This would not suit someone "just needing a job"**_

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 16-25 per week

**Salary**: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
