Junior Receptionist

We are seeking a **Junior** **Receptionist / Customer Service Superstar** seeking casual after school / weekend work within a unique Practice in Mornington.

Hours needed are **T*_**uesday evening 4pm - 7:30pm**_ and all day _**every second Saturday *_Plus extra shifts as needed.

Mornington Peninsula Massage Therapy is a unique business that offers clinical services within a day spa setting to achieve maximum results to both the body and mind.

We help people live the lives they want without the burden of pain, and we need a reliable and dedicated **Junior Receptionist / Customer Service Superstar** to join our close knit, strong (and growing) team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy.

**The role involves/includes**:

- Answering phones
- Booking client appointments
- Greeting clients
- Processing payments and rebooking’s
- Laundering
- Cleaning
- Filing, data entry and general administration.
- Many small ad hock duties.
- Assisting therapists where needed
- Opening and closing of clinic
- **This position requires someone that wants to sink their teeth in for the long run. We need someone dedicated & passionate. This would not suit someone "just needing a job"**_

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
