About the Role:

This role will act as a CRM (Salesforce) process champion by driving integration and collaboration across multiple functions to implement best-in-class sales support. As a part of the B2B operations team, B2B Sales Admin will support the head of operations and collaborate with team members in building and maintaining relationships with vertical sales & channel team, identifying new opportunities, and supporting them in their sales efforts.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • B2B CRM, Salesforce (SFDC) Administration including product, customer, and opportunity related updates to assist KAMs & channel managers with pipeline hygiene and management with accurate reporting
  • Oversight of pricing requests in SFDC to ensure accurate information and timely turn around, engaging with PM, KAMs and Channel managers where required.
  • BO Management & Reporting for integrated B2B including weekly and ad hoc requests
  • Monitor and train Sales team to ensure Business Opportunity (BO) hygiene in CRM
  • BO KPIs management aligning with the regional headquarter
  • Developing sales reports, updating sales dashboards, and assisting the team with sales forecasts from BO data

About You:

  • Ideally 2 years of Sales admin role / Salesforce / Pipeline management operation / multi-dimensional analysis experience / KPI management / Marketing ROIs
