Job Summary
:

As an SAP Sales Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company's SAP solutions and services by identifying, cultivating, and closing business opportunities. You will leverage your deep understanding of SAP products, industry knowledge, and sales expertise to engage with clients, build relationships, and contribute to the success of the organisation. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our SAP offerings, addressing client needs, and achieving your sales quota.

This role shall directly report into the Chief of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:

  2. Identify and target potential clients who would benefit from our SAP solutions.

  3. Proactively generate leads, research industries, and build a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
  4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and client needs.

  5. Client Engagement:

  6. Initiate contact with potential clients through various means such as emails, calls, and networking events.

  7. Understand clients' business challenges and objectives to position our SAP solutions effectively.
  8. Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and discussions to showcase the value proposition of our SAP products.

  9. Solution Selling:

  10. Collaborate with technical teams to understand the technical aspects of our SAP offerings.

  11. Articulate the benefits of our solutions to clients, addressing their pain points and aligning with their strategic goals.
  12. Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotes that address client requirements.

  13. Relationship Building:

  14. Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their long-term needs.

  15. Maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

  16. Sales Process Management:

  17. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

  18. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, negotiations, and progress in the CRM system.
  19. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery.

  20. Sales Targets:

  21. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

  22. Monitor progress towards goals, identify challenges, and take proactive measures to achieve objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record of successful SAP solution and Service Sales
  • g understanding of SAP products, services, and their value in various industries.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical clients.
  • Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Experience:

  • 10-12 years of experience in SAP with at least 5 years in enterprise software and services sales.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
