About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, energetic Assistant Showroom Manager to support daily showroom operations, deliver exceptional client experiences, and help grow Avani's presence both in-store and online.

What You'll Do
  • Assist the Showroom Manager in day-to-day operations.
  • Work closely with the BDM to finalise sales and support client projects.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to designers and clients.
  • Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
  • Help drive our social media and digital presence.
  • Support events and design collaborations in the studio.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in showroom, retail, or customer-facing roles (design or interiors background is a plus).
  • Energetic, organised, and eager to learn.
  • Confident communicator and relationship builder.
  • Social media savvy and creative.
  • Team player with a proactive approach.
