About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, energetic Assistant Showroom Manager to support daily showroom operations, deliver exceptional client experiences, and help grow Avani's presence both in-store and online.
- Assist the Showroom Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Work closely with the BDM to finalise sales and support client projects.
- Provide a high level of customer service to designers and clients.
- Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
- Help drive our social media and digital presence.
- Support events and design collaborations in the studio.
- Experience in showroom, retail, or customer-facing roles (design or interiors background is a plus).
- Energetic, organised, and eager to learn.
- Confident communicator and relationship builder.
- Social media savvy and creative.
- Team player with a proactive approach.
