Intelligeneer Solution is an Australia-based company committed to delivering a complete range of solutions for local businesses. Our products include point-of-sale systems, kitchen equipment, digital menus, small wares, and everything a restaurant needs. We have recently opened a new showroom in Underwood, QLD, and are seeking a Floor Manager to oversee its daily operations.

About the role

As the Showroom Store Manager at Intelligeneer Solution, you will play a crucial role in leading and inspiring the showroom team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Based in Underwood QLD 4119, this full-time position will see you directly overseeing the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring the highest standards of sales, customer service and visual merchandising are consistently maintained.

What you'll be doing

  1. Managing and motivating a team of sales associates to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction
  2. Overseeing the effective scheduling and deployment of staff to meet customer demands
  3. Monitoring and evaluating team and individual sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  4. Collaborating with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies and initiatives
  5. Ensuring the showroom floor is well-presented, organised and optimised for the customer journey
  6. Providing hands-on sales support and training to the team as needed
  7. Fostering a positive, customer-centric culture within the showroom
  8. Driving continuous improvement through feedback, coaching and performance management

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a similar showroom floor management or retail leadership role
  2. Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with customers and staff
  4. Keen eye for detail and a passion for visual merchandising and store presentation
  5. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise showroom performance
  7. Relevant qualifications in retail management, sales or a related field
