Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Showroom Consultant located in Brisbane, QLD. The Showroom Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, providing expert advice on our extensive range of plumbing supplies, achieving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of customer service. Daily tasks include greeting customers, understanding their project needs, offering product recommendations, and ensuring an excellent showroom experience.

Qualifications

  • Product Knowledge specific to plumbing supplies and showrooms
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Previous experience in a showroom or sales environment is beneficial
  • Ability to engage with clients and provide tailored recommendations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with social media is essential
