About the role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator/Scheduler to join our team at Adelaide Expert Plumbing & Gas PTY LTD in Thebarton, SA. This is a full-time position where you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth running of our office and ensuring our technicians are scheduled efficiently.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle incoming customer enquiries and bookings, providing excellent customer service
  • Manage the scheduling and dispatch of our plumbing and gas technicians to customer sites
  • Maintain and update our job management system with customer, job and scheduling information
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, invoicing and record-keeping
  • Provide support to the wider team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrated experience as an office administrator or scheduler, ideally in a trade or service industry
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience as an office administrator or scheduler
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office and Xero
  • Experience with job management software Servicem8
  • Essential experience with Servicem8 job management software is required
  • A positive, proactive and dependable attitude
  • Australian citizenship is required for this position
