As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive Scheduling Scheduler / Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team in Thebarton.


About the Role

As part of our Technician Support Hub, you'll play a key role in coordinating our Adelaide-based technician team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment with a mix of scheduling, admin, and client communication responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate technician schedules and job planning
  • Support the Operations Manager and Service Team
  • Organize technician training and site inductions
  • Manage client bookings, queries, and paperwork
  • Liaise with contractors and external service providers
  • Assist with daily technician logistics and task tracking
  • Oversee staff timesheet approvals
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Provide general admin and phone support

About You

We're looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and confident on the phone. You'll thrive in a busy environment and enjoy working both independently and as part of a supportive team.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Experience in scheduling or service coordination
  • A background in customer service
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and high-level organization
  • Simpro and Rapid Global experience (advantageous but not essential, training will be provided)
