DMW is a Toowoomba-based vehicle add-on manufacturer and fitter. We specialise in premium off-road builds and accessories. We are passionate about storytelling and visual expression, and we are looking for a talented Content Editor & Marketing Assistant to join our creative team.

As a Content Editor & Marketing Assistant at DMW, you will be responsible for filming, editing, and assisting with the development of engaging content across our social media channels, website, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Film and edit high-quality video content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Capture and edit photos and videos in both workshop and outdoor/on-location settings.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaign ideas.
• Optimise video and photo content for various platforms (aspect ratios, lengths, captions, etc.).
• Maintain a consistent brand style and tone across all content.
• Stay current with industry trends, video styles, and new creative tools.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to final delivery while meeting deadlines.
• Assist with other marketing tasks, such as campaign setup and coordination.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Content Creator, or similar role.
• Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of video production processes, including pre-production, shooting, editing, and post-production.
• Hands-on experience with filming, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Experience with DSLRs, drones, and cinema/FX cameras (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and how to optimise content for each.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving.
• A portfolio or demo reel showcasing your video production and editing skills.
