We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Toowoomba team.  You will be responsible for providing best in class service to clients and will work closely with management to achieve positive retention and growth of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a mixed portfolio of SME and mid-market clients from end to end

  • Coordinate quotes, renewals, endorsements, claims, and policy processing

  • Pro-active approach to sourcing new business opportunities to achieve growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers
  • Maintain industry and market knowledge by achieving annual Continued Personal Development target
  • Stay across market trends by attending industry events and networking opportunities

Skills & Experience required to succeed:

  • Tier 1 General Insurance Broking qualification
  • Experience with mid to large SME risks including an understanding of ISR policies preferred
  • Client focused with genuine desire to support customers through your industry expertise
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with a great level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • A team-oriented approach and desire to contribute to a positive, dynamic workplace
