As a Talent Resourcer you will:
- Provide a stellar candidate experience as you guide our future collegues through the recruitment and onboarding process with care and efficiency.
- Conduct screening calls to assess candidates' skills and fit.
- Booking interviews for both the talent team & stakeholders
- Maintain and build talent pools
- Administration duties such as daily and weekly reporting
What you'll need to succeed
You'll work well under time constraints and respond proactively and positively to targets. You'll need to be able to prioritise and effectively manage your time and meet deadlines. You'll be inquisitive, wanting to understand more about people and businesses and have a willingness to learn. You'll also be:
- A minimum 6 months experience in a similar role or 12 months in a contact centre / phone based environment
- Exceptional phone manner and have great attention to detail
- Strong experience working with a CRM and excel
- Solution focused, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those you encounter
- Committed, hungry to learn and have a drive to succeed.
