Overview

Talent Acquisition Recruiter role with Qantas based in Sydney, NSW, AU.

Role involves hands-on recruitment for customer-facing and iconic areas of the business, including Cabin Crew, Customer Service, and Campaigns. You'll learn to run job briefs, write engaging job ads, and apply smart sourcing techniques to find great talent. You'll shortlist candidates and support hiring managers through the recruitment process. You'll be part of a welcoming, collaborative team focused on growth and success.

A Final Note: This is a role with Qantas not with Hatch.

  • Around 2+ years' experience in recruitment or HR (internships, part-time roles, or agency experience all count)
  • Strong organisation and time management skills

  • Comfortable using tech and juggling multiple tasks
