About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you'll play a key part in sourcing, engaging, and progressing candidates across our nationwide network. Working closely with our Talent Acquisition Business Partners, you'll help manage high-volume recruitment activity, coordinate candidate experiences, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth, compliant, and professional hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and talent pools.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and prepare shortlists.
  • Manage timely candidate communication, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
  • Draft and publish job ads, careers content, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

About You:

  • 1 -3 years' experience in recruitment, resourcing, or HR administration.
  • Strong sourcing expertise across job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Tech-savvy and confident with Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
