We're searching for a driven, strategic, and hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to help build the future of this dynamic business.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for site, estimators, design, compliance and corporate roles across the business
  • Partner with site managers and department leads to forecast needs and develop pipelines
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top construction talent
  • Implement and optimise recruitment processes, ensuring a great candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Track and report on key hiring metrics, helping shape smart, data-led decisions

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in internal or agency recruitment, ideally in the construction, property, or trades sectors
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence across all levels
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong organisational skills
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment marketing tools is a plus
  • A genuine interest in the construction industry and helping build strong teams
