**Key Responsibilities**:
**Payment Processing**: Allocate payments as required and ensure payment promises as kept**Reconciliation**: Regularly reconcile accounts receivable records to ensure accuracy and consistency.**Collections**: Follow up with clients on overdue payments,**Dispute Resolution**: Address and resolve any billing discrepancies or client queries regarding invoices.**Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and communications related to accounts receivable.**Collaboration**: Work closely with the accounts receivable, sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth billing and payment processes.**Communication**: Ensure communication is of a professional manner in line with the Accounts Receivable standards and escalate within guidelines provided.**Investigate**:Strong investigative skills, think outside the box, be inquisitive and tenacious

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**:
**Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.- Strong communication, negotiation and investigation skills. - able to communicate effectively to varied customers - (empathy). Assert position when for what’s fair and owed- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
