In this role, you'll:

Be delivering Customer and Product outcomes for SM-West in alignment with the approved Business Case. The role will be focused on supporting Metro West procurement activities including and not limited to: participating in tender interactives; leading evaluation of proposed technical solutions; assessing alternate tender bids and options; contributing to evaluation presentations and reports and managing multi-disciplinary teams.

A critical aspect of the role is building the case for holistic decision-making when scope conflicts or unresolved issues arise across functional teams.

The role also involves managing the day-to-day operations of the Customer & Product (C&P) team, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining strong engagement with stakeholders and sponsors. It works closely with the Project Delivery team and includes direct line management of two team members.

About you

•     Proven ability to prepare and guide complex issues through formal governance processes and influencing senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

•    Proven ability to work within a large-scale, fast moving project with a complex stakeholder environment

•    Possesses in-depth knowledge of Sydney Metro's strategic priorities and customer needs, enabling tailored service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
