Business Development Manager (Head Office, Newcastle)

Your Role & Responsibilities

As our Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting and driving growth by:

  • Partnering closely with Territory Managers nationwide to cultivate and grow existing accounts
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across sectors and regions
  • Maintaining accurate sales pipelines and forecasts, while delivering strategic insights
  • Acting as the linchpin between internal teams and clients to ensure seamless service and exceed client expectations
  • Generating growth strategies and helping to refine our national outreach and customer engagement plans
  • Ensuring timely and effective follow-ups on leads, proposals, and performance tracking
What We're Looking For

An ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience balancing roles in account management and new business development
  • Proficiency in CRM software to track leads, manage client relationships, and produce actionable reporting
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation abilities
  • Excellent organisational skills and experience working cross-functionally
  • A results-oriented mindset with sharp commercial insight
