Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAs our Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting and driving growth by:
- Partnering closely with Territory Managers nationwide to cultivate and grow existing accounts
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across sectors and regions
- Maintaining accurate sales pipelines and forecasts, while delivering strategic insights
- Acting as the linchpin between internal teams and clients to ensure seamless service and exceed client expectations
- Generating growth strategies and helping to refine our national outreach and customer engagement plans
- Ensuring timely and effective follow-ups on leads, proposals, and performance tracking
An ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience balancing roles in account management and new business development
- Proficiency in CRM software to track leads, manage client relationships, and produce actionable reporting
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation abilities
- Excellent organisational skills and experience working cross-functionally
