**About the Role**

Identify, develop, and manage projects and businesses that can utilise NSW Government services to attract and retain business, increase economic growth, grow employment, infrastructure, investment, and exports for regional NSW.

**About You**
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver outcomes in dynamic environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across government, industry, and community
- The ability to identify market trends and failures and translate insights into strategic opportunities
- Experience preparing high-quality briefings and reports to support decision-making
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong organisational and communication skills
- The ability to establish client business development needs and assesses the suitability and relevance of a range of programs and third-party services.
- A current driver’s license and be willing to travel within the Hunter region.
