About Us

Eden Ability is a NDIS service provider delivering 24/7 care and support. We're looking for a motivated, reliable, and organised person to take ownership of rostering and compliance administration, while also providing general support to the management team.

The Role

This is a key role in keeping our services running smoothly. You'll be the first point of contact for staff around roster changes, build and maintain rosters in ShiftCare, and make sure compliance and onboarding documents are always up to date.

Main duties include:

  • Creating and maintaining rosters in ShiftCare, including daily changes.
  • Being the first contact for staff when shifts need to be filled or changed (including occasional after-hours calls with on-call allowance).
  • Uploading and managing compliance documents in ShiftCare.
  • Preparing onboarding packs and contracts for new staff.
  • Tracking police checks, NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Checks, and other staff clearances.
  • General admin support (emails, scheduling, filing) for management.
  • Provide accurate support information and shift details to ensure support workers can perform their role.
  • Ensure the accurate entry of shifts, leave and mileage into the CRM rostering tool.
  • Preparation of any necessary operational and management reporting regarding invoicing
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls.
  • Prepare and coordinate Participant Service Agreements.
  • Administer the client intake process.
  • Provide timely solutions to participant queries and complaints.
  • Perform other duties consistent with the position.

What you will need:

  • Experience in rostering or scheduling high volumes of services utilising electronic rostering systems.
  • A motivated self-starter who takes pride in providing exceptional service and support.
  • Experience within the CRM and the NDIS portal
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Friendly personable demeanour.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.
  • Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and database applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the mathematical ability to calculate costs of services.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.
  • Completion of NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You', and provision of a copy of the certificate of completion.
