Responsibilities:

- Fulfill the day-to-day rostering requirements
- Provide accurate support information and shift details to ensure support workers can perform their role.
- Ensure the accurate entry of shifts, leave and mileage into the CRM rostering tool.
- Preparation of any necessary operational and management reporting regarding invoicing
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls.
- Prepare and coordinate Participant Service Agreements.
- Administer the client intake process.
- Provide timely solutions to participant queries and complaints.
- Perform other duties consistent with the position.

What you will need:

- Experience in rostering or scheduling high volumes of services utilising electronic rostering systems.
- A motivated self-starter who takes pride in providing exceptional service and support.
- Experience within the CRM and the NDIS portal
- A willingness to learn.
- Friendly personable demeanour.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.
- Excellent attention to detail and the mathematical ability to calculate costs of services.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.
- Completion of NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’, and provision of a copy of the certificate of completion.

What we Offer:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $50,300.25 - $89,319.01 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
