We are looking for an outgoing, organised and motivated individual with attention to detail to join **Just Better Care as a Admin Officer** **at our Mascot office**. The position is open to part-time or full-time. A growth mindset and an openness to learn is highly desirable as training and support will be provided to learn about the NDIS and home care services sector.
You will utilise your previous customer service and administrative experience to manage a range of tasks related to Service Rostering and Scheduling, Customer Inbound/Outbound, Contract and Compliance documents, Office Procurement, Systems Administration and Management Support.
**About the Role**
- Provide polite, respectful, responsive and welcoming support to all external and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate ordering of office supplies, events, catering and mail
- Maintain and update customer records and prepare compliance documentation for care management team
- Perform general ad-hoc administrative and rostering support tasks as directed
- Run management reports and minute taker for meetings
**About You**
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills that support relationship building and management with key stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure, manage own schedule within tight deadlines, multi-task and be adaptable and flexible to changing priorities
- Maintain and update compliance systems, document management systems
- Experience working within Human Services, Aged Care and/or Disability Services or similar (desirable)
