**Who we are**

Independent Living Disability Services provides a range of supports and services to people across Sydney.

Current positions in Mascot, Randwick, Cronulla and Surrey Hills

We are looking for a highly skilled **Female** Support worker with proven experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Position requires:
Experience psychosocial clients

Household tasks, daily tasks, community access and meal prep

Proven experience with complex behaviour and verbal aggression

Location: Mascot NSW and Randwick NSW- Must live within 30minute from location.

Commit long term Wednesday and Thursdays 9am to 2pm with occasional weekend shifts

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Australian resident
- Workers Screening Check, Working with Childrens and First Aid + CPR
- At least two years experience working in a similar role
- Have a vehicle with current comprehensive car insurance
- Australian Licence

The ideal person will be friendly, fun, have lots of energy and engaging to build a therapeutic relationship to successfully assist our clients within their home.
