What you'll be doing:

As a Bid Manager, you'll lead and coordinate high-quality bid and proposal submissions across Australia. You'll work with clients to develop winning strategies, manage the end-to-end bid process, and craft compelling content that showcases Height's expertise and innovation.

This role is about more than managing deadlines - it's about building strong relationships, fostering collaboration, and delivering excellence at every stage of the bid lifecycle.

You'll also play a key role in mentoring others, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to Height's continued growth in the region.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years' experience in bid management, proposal coordination, or tendering.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver large, complex submissions end-to-end.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritise under pressure.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and a genuine team spirit.
