We are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to join our wonderful team and assist with increasing business growth.

Role:

This is a full-time, on-site position. As a Telesales Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and developing relationships with business customers. You'll explore new opportunities, build lasting client relations, negotiate deals, and achieve sales objectives.

You will have access to an exciting range of products, with a core focus on mobile and data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve a minimum of 30+ new mobile connections per month.
  • Promote Vodafone's suite of business solutions and services.
  • Form and execute strategies to attract and acquire new business clients.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers.
  • Manage lead generation inquiries efficiently.
  • Comply with VBC's proven sales processes, procedures, and core values
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

About You:

  • Previous experience in telesales, call centre sales, or business-to-business sales is highly regarded.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Resilient, motivated, and target-driven personality.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Tech-savvy with an interest in telecommunications solutions.

Base Salary Range – $60,000 per year + Monthly Commissions
