Marketing & Business Development Manager
to join our team and help take our brand and business to the next level.

We need someone who's excited by the challenge of creating real impact, building systems, and making the business stronger both online and in the office.

The Role

This is a dynamic and hands-on role, based at our Head Office in Morningside, where you'll have full responsibility for leading and delivering the marketing strategy while also supporting business growth through development initiatives. You'll be both a creative thinker and a strategic planner who thrives on taking ownership and driving results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all marketing activities for the business, including social media, digital, and traditional marketing.
  • Work alongside and manage website agency.
  • Develop and manage marketing strategies, campaigns, and budgets.
  • Create and refine designs and content using Canva or Adobe Suite.
  • Monitor and report on marketing effectiveness, ensuring brand alignment across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Website)
  • Design and Create Marketing assets for within the business, but also digital & social media.
  • Collaborate with management to introduce new programs, processes, and procedures that enhance business performance.
  • Review and optimise current systems to ensure they remain the best fit for the company's growth and direction.
  • Work independently to deliver outcomes while collaborating closely with the broader team.

About You

We're looking for someone with the skills required, energy, initiative, and a growth mindset. This role is for a person who's ready to roll up their sleeves, put in the effort, and build structure where it doesn't yet exist. You'll need to be equally comfortable brainstorming with the team as you are working independently to deliver results.

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to business development.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing social media platforms, including content planning and analytics.
  • Knowledge and understanding of SEO, GoogleAds, Adwords, Analytics.
  • Understanding of Wordpress & Website Development.
  • Strong skills in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, campaigns, and brand development.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for process improvement and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive, energetic, and positive approach to work.
