About the Role

As our Residential Leasing Manager, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring smooth day-to-day leasing operations across the broader metropolitan area.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all aspects of the leasing process.
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants to build strong relationships.
  • Marketing rental properties and conducting home opens.
  • Processing tenancy applications.
  • Onboarding new rental properties.
  • Supporting the Property Management Team as required.

  • Current Real Estate Registration (or willingness to obtain).
  • A solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proactive, motivated, and customer-focused approach.
  • High attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
  • Confident computer literacy and tech adaptability.
