**Social Media and Marketing Assistant**:

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a superstar who lives and breathes all things social media We’ve worked extremely hard to be an industry leader on TikTok, and our Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest pages are consistently driving huge amounts of traffic and conversions on our brand website. We need a gun to take this and run, bringing it to the next level. This role also entails being a support for the Marketing Manager, perfect for someone wanting to cut their teeth in the industry, be mentored and kick some big goals.

Tasks include:

- Manage our organic social media content strategy across multiple channels including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Identify content opportunities throughout our business, client and supplier networks, capture and edit photos and videos, write captions and schedule for upload
- Coordinate photo and video shoots at display and client homes
- Engage with our audiences by responding to comments and messages, referring enquiries to our Sales Team and the Management team as required
- Evaluate and report on the success of our brand presence via social page growth and website traffic referrals
- Keep up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Assist the Marketing Manager with reports, display opening and closing procedures, promotion rollouts, liaise with graphic designers, printers and digital agencies, event planning and execution and provide marketing support to a sales team of over 30+ consultants

**About You**

To be successful in this role you must have exceptional time management skills, be highly organised, the ability to work to tight deadlines within a busy environment and an articulate eye for detail. In addition:

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Adobe Lightroom, Canva and CapCut (training will be provided)
- Current WA drivers license to travel to display and client homes
