A rare opportunity has become available to work with a global Investment Management firm for a Leasing Administrator.

**The Opportunity**
Based in the CBD, this long standing Investment Management firm is a distinguished firm with significant capabilities. You will provide administrative support to the team reporting directly to the Head of Logistics.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Various and ad-hoc admin duties
- Record management
- Keeping secure and confidential documentation
- Organising meetings
- Lease administration
- Expense, travel and entertainment co-ordination
- In charge of on and off-boarding requirements i.e. activating handsets, maintaining security system records

**About you**:

- Business Administration qualification
- 1 to 2 years in Office Administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good team management skills
- Microsoft Office proficient
