- Your dynamic new role will be based in our lively Osborne Park office. Here, you’ll spearhead the design, drafting, estimating, and customer experience departments.

**As an Operations Manager at B1 Homes, you’ll**:

- Ensure superior quality work across multiple departments.
- Facilitate the efficient planning, scheduling, and delivery of residential construction projects.
- Provide leadership and management to operational departments for project delivery.
- Provide comprehensive advice across construction, priorities, risks, and compliance issues.
- Manage and monitor construction budgets to meet our financial targets.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with suppliers, builders, developers, and clients.
- Represent B1 Homes in a professional and positive manner.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to maintain compliance with industry standards and practices.

**To excel in this role, we hope you have**:

- Previous management experience in a similar role.
- Outstanding communication skills to influence, build, and maintain relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Click Homes (desirable).
- A valid Class C Driver’s license and a white card.
- Current police clearance or be willing to obtain one.
