**About the role**

Lifecare is seeking a Practice Manager to join our and lead our dedicated team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. This is a Full-Time role working to support our Allied Health team in Cockburn.

You will be managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic including working on reception, preparing weekly and monthly invoices, and account reconciliation, you will review and report on debtors and follow up of outstanding invoices, you will organise meetings, staff training and management of office events, and assist with HR, payroll and recruitment.

You will enjoy working in our Private Practice clinic, located in the state-of-the-art Recreation Centre in Cockburn, our clinic is a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, Massage Therapists, Dietitians and Sports Medicine Doctors, with a diverse cohort of clients.

Our clinic offers free onsite parking, accessible to public transport and local cafés in walking distance.

- Experience in allied health or medical specialist practice management
- Experience across Practice Management Software
- Available within clinics trading hours 7am to 7pm
- Experience in and good employee management and ability to effectively lead others.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in excel and data management.
- Full Australian Working Rights
- National Police Check clearance
