What You'll DoThis is a full-cycle sales and customer support role with 80% inbound and 20% outbound.
You will:
- Convert phone, online, and showroom inquiries into confirmed orders
- Guide clients through our product range: prefab saunas, heaters, control units, accessories
- Answer installation and delivery questions with confidence (don't worry—we'll train you)
- Manage service requests, follow up invoices, and close the loop on post-sale support
- Liaise with installers, electricians, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure everything runs on time
- Use our CRM to keep data accurate, follow-ups prompt, resolutions clear, and progress consistent.
This role is ideal for someone eager to apply their entrepreneurial mindset, customer obsession, and strong communication skills to provide expert advice and build rapport with residential clients, builders, architects, and project managers.
What You'll Bring- Experience (7+ years) in selling high-end or luxury goods (e.g. wellness, design, health, architecture, or premium lifestyle brands)
- A university degree or postgraduate education in business, communications, design, health, or a related field
- A natural interest in wellness, saunas, or health products
- Experience in sales (retail, phone, showroom, or inbound/outbound mix)
- A bubbly, upbeat, and team-first personality
- Resilience under pressure and love for startup-style multitasking
- Curiosity about how things work: how our products are installed, built, and used
- Willingness to go above and beyond—including helping teammates when things get messy.
Construction knowledge isn't required—but you should be eager to learn how a sauna is built, how materials differ (especially timber), and how to recommend the right fit for each client.
